RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Eligibility: Marc Jobbs accepts returns within [2] days and exchanges for eligible items within [7] days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

2. Non-Eligible Items: The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

   • Gift cards
   • Sale or clearance items
   • Items marked as final sale

3. Return Process:

   • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at [support@marcjobbs.com] with your order number and details of the item you wish to return or exchange.
   • Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us.
   • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

4. Refunds:

   • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item(s). Refunds are issued to the original payment method for prepaid orders. In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued as store credits. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges:

   • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when contacting our customer service team.
   • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund or store credit for the returned item(s).

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

   • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [support@marcjobbs.com] with photos of the damage or defect. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.

7. Final Sale Items:

   • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or damaged upon receipt.
8. Changes to Policy:Marc Jobbs reserves the right to modify or update this return or exchange policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
